Seller's Notes:We have loved this sofa since we got it! We are only selling it to make room for an addition to our family. The chaise part easily lifts up and has room to store linens, pillows, etc. The sleeper is very comfortable for two people. Our family has loved staying on it when they visit our apartment.
This is in good condition with only normal stains from day to day use over the years. It is performance material. Easy for one person to pull out and put away. Pull out mattress included.

Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit.
To avoid damaging the frame, do not fold the mattress into the sofa with sheets or blankets on it.
Chaise cushion lifts up to reveal storage space.
For child safety, chaise cushion does not seal completely unless additional weight is added.
Sectional pieces attach via alligator clips (included).
