Seller's Notes:Very comfortable couch, with great pull out mattress (full sized, always used with a protective sheet) and chaise with storage. In great condition but please note there is a tear in the back of one cushion where it is attached to the couch as shown.

Solid & engineered wood frame with reinforced joinery. Solid wood legs with Chocolate-stained finish (removable). Loose seat and back cushions with foam padding for maximum comfort. Sofa pulls out to reveal a Queen-sized mattress. Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat. Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), we rate it a 3. Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit. To avoid damaging the frame, do not fold the mattress into the sofa with sheets or blankets on it. Chaise cushion lifts up to reveal storage space. For child safety, chaise cushion does not seal completely unless additional weight is added. Sectional pieces attach via alligator clips (included). This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential.
