This couch is in excellent, lightly used condition and comes from a spotless, non-smoking home where no animals have been allowed on it. There are no stains, odors, or tears on the fabric. The cushions have been regularly rotated and maintained, so they are not significantly sunken. This sofa is ready for its next life in a beautiful home!
