The stool has a padded, upholstered seat, with a back height of 13". It has solid wood legs and a swivel base These West Elm Counter stools have rarely been used . I purchased this 3 years ago. This stool has never been sat on. There are no marks, no blemishes, and no stains. They are literally, like new, the only reason I chose the condition as Good: Minor Blemishes is because the "New" choice meant they were never unpacked. It compares to brand new, but unpacked.
