Seller's Notes:This luxurious one-of-a-kind modern chesterfield is NOT for sale at West Elm, and god only knows why, because I love it. I hardly used it. It's in pristine condition, with no odors, hairs, animal hairs, etc. It's big and lofty, it looks elegant and has that Chesterfield deep button tufting, but of course with a modern flair. The legs are metallic and straightforward. I get a lot of compliments for it. I am selling it because it is too big for my apartment and I need space I don't deliver or ship, you need two people to pick it up from Center City, Rittenhouse, Philadelphia
