Seller's Notes:I’ve had the sofa for only about two years. It’s in great condition, cushions are still firm, and I’ve only used the mattress only about 6 times, each with sheets so it’s clean and well taken care of. My apt also has an elevator. I put little circular felt padding under each legs, make sure you keep the felt sticker on each leg. It’s a small sticker so not visible, but helped protect my floor. I have a dog, but he's not allowed on the couch, and I also always use a couch cover. So fabric is in great condition.
