Seller's Notes:Hello, I am selling a luxurious leather sofa and would like to know if you are interested. Pick-up is from my Uptown condo. This sofa is exceptionally comfortable and made from premium-quality leather. With a simple leather treatment, it can easily regain its original luster and color. The dimensions are 90" x 36". We purchased it twenty years ago from The Mart for $5,000. We are located at the main level, but our unit is like a split-level, and it has 8 steps to reach the living room where the couch is currently placed.
