This etching and engraving entitled "La Félicité villageoise" ("The Village Bliss") was created by Nicolas Delaunay (artist, French, 1739 - 1792) after Sigmund Freudenberger (artist after, Swiss, 1745 - 1801) in 1784. While the engraving itself is of the era, the frame is from the early/mid-20th century, and has some minor scratching on the corners.

This pair of diminutive Art Deco bronze vases feature pierced handles and a floral decorated base, presented on two-toned tiered marble pedestals with bun feet. The condition is consistent with age and use, including minor oxidation on the bronze, and a small chip on the corner of one marble base.
