For the past four years, I’ve treated the piece as my prized possession, professionally cleaning it every 6 months. It remains in extremely good condition - you will be hard pressed to find any notable blemishes. This is an opportunity to purchase a ~14k couch for a fraction of the price. The only reason I’m selling it is, after 4+ years of living in a 1br apartment - my partner wants a dining table and we don’t have enough room for both.
