Seller's Notes:Solid oak and engineered hardwood frame with reinforced joinery. All wood is kiln-dried for added durability. High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support. Seat cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Seat firmness: Soft. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 2. Back cushions are poly fiber filled. Deep-seated design feels just like a cozy cocoon. Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Sofa is upholstered in Yarn Died Linen - Steel grey. This fabric is no longer available to order from west elm. This was a custom order sofa I got in 2019 and used for 1 year. It has since been in air conditioned storage. There is minor pilling on some areas of the seat and back cushions, but that is the nature of linen blend fabrics. Otherwise in great condition!
