Seller's Notes:Gorgeous Antique Flame Mahogany Dresser / Chest of Drawers (1840s) We're selling this beautiful antique chest of drawers from around the 1830s–1840s (google says it's the American Empire style). I love this piece, but we're leaving the country so have to part with it. It's in basically perfect condition, with what google says is "Flame Mahogany" wood veneers on the front—the grain pattern has a really cool look to it. It has tons of character, including carved rope details down the sides. The drawers are deep and hold a ton of clothes. One chipped door knob, but other than that it's undamaged.
