Seller's Notes:Unique piece. This gorgeous chair is made with hand-carved high grade oak, gently stained to enhance the natural medullary rays within the oak, and woven double-layer rattan back. The plush cotton-velvet on the seat and arms for comfort and luxury. The rattan back is cushioning and supportive, while remaining feminine with its beautiful carved detailing at the crown and seat of the chair, continuing down the elegantly tapered French cabriole legs. Crafted from organic oak, the purposely rustic finish is designed to reveal the organic knots, cracks, grain and characteristics of the wood, adding to the authenticity of the purest and most beautiful natural material. In great condition, except for a small contact stain on the side of the velvet, very discreet.
